About Sandy

Sandy Kroo has lived in Central Oregon for over a decade, making Redmond home after 25 years of regular weekend trips from Portland with her family to enjoy all of the year-round recreational activities Central Oregon has to offer.

Sandy built a successful career in high-tech, most recently as the VP of Operations for a local software firm.  Her love for real estate began when she purchased her first home at 19 and has since actively bought and sold properties for investment purposes as well as "trading up" along the way.

In 2006, Sandy decided to turn her hobby and her passion into her career.  She has experience with everything from new home construction (including bare land acquisition and construction loans), acreages, manufactured homes, income properties, condos, and even 1031 exchanges.
